The two starters from my menu were really eye-catching, as well as perfectly implemented in terms of both appearance and taste. The main course was very slow, the meat was butter tender. The dessert was as you would expect and the crowning glory was the caramel ice cream that convinced me. Lovely again
We chose the restaurant based on the positive reviews! We were totally disappointed. We had to wait for the main course over 1 hour after the starter. The duck for the main course was tough and sometimes bloody and salty. The side dishes were neither optically nor in terms of taste an excellent cuisine. The price-performance ratio is completely inadequate. During our 3 week vacation this meal was by far the worst and most expensive.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive. Our glasses were never empty for more than 20 seconds. The wine was accurately selected for the respective dish and presented charmingly and with great dedication. The dishes were on point and very exclusive. By the way, the ambience was good. We are enthusiastic about every measure and would like to thank you very much for the wonderful evening!
We were lucky enough to test the surprise menus 3 times in one week. It was a pleasure in a relaxed atmosphere, very nice staff, great food and delicious wines. Guaranteed repeat offenders even if we have almost 1000 km to travel. It is worth it .. We wish everyone in the house a good time ..
Hello Michelin Team, due to the entry in the Michelin Guide Germany, I spent an evening at Rest. Bernstein and was very disappointed. The restaurant does not live up to the criticism in the guide and reveals that the restaurant has not been tested by them this year. The service was haphazard and overwhelmed. We sat 15 minutes after arrival without service, after another 15 minutes we had the menu, after another 15 minutes the food came and so on. Then we saved the dessert, digestive ... and gave up disappointed. Unfortunately, the kitchen was only OK, I didn't feel like complaining because I didn't want to invest any more time. Fish with gnocchi and truffles, which the chef has obviously allowed himself to be pulled over the table. Totally bland. Unfortunately it is a shame for a health resort and a restaurant in this class and unfortunately no longer worth an entry in the Michelin Guide. Visit on 17.09. 6.30 p.m. 2 pers. 41J u. 55J. Very good service. With the surprise menu I would have liked a little more variety than with the a la carte menu and I would have had some room for improvement. Starter seared tuna was great. But the wine is too sweet and too little acid.

Great food, really excellent, but ... one of the waiters, the "bartender", refused to wear his mouth / nose protection, even after our request. Upon request, there is currently no restaurant manager ... Instead of 5 then only 3 stars.
It was delicious ? We were satisfied, but the table before serving should still be cleaned well, especially during the time of the coronavirus.
The location is very nice, the spacious panoramic windows offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The service is attentive and friendly. But unfortunately the kitchen is not up to its own standards. It starts with the product: the meat from pigeon and beef is sinewy and gristly cooked. The preparation shows technical weaknesses, all courses are over-seasoned, almost over-salted. The wine accompaniment is carefully selected and presented, but cannot compensate for the weaknesses in the kitchen. And unfortunately, the ambitious pricing of the amber does not make it difficult to look up: the prices offered for the menu as well as for the individual courses are not sufficient. Too bad.

We had decided on a 4-course pampering menu. The food was well presented and really delicious, there was nothing to complain about. Really to be recommended, but unfortunately it failed because of the service, not only things were forgotten (with us it was the bread with the soup), as soon as you pointed this out, you were asked if you had missed it. We found this impolite. The wine was poured into us without asking if it was ok. We observed a lack of communication within the wait staff.
Reservation on December 30th There was a four-course menu for all visitors that evening. Everything tasted great. Very nicely arranged. A real taste explosion across all courses. Every plate was fresh and hot. The waiters were all very nice and attentive. A nice experience. Price performance absolutely coherent.

Today we enjoyed the 4-course surprise menu: wonderful. Prepared with a lot of imagination and good food: a pleasure. In addition, knowledgeable and friendly service and a great wine list.
Fantastic nice restaurant! Delicate food. We ate barbecue buffet and the meat was great. Starters were high level. The view was beautiful over Heringsdorf.
The food was very good. Unfortunately, you smell the kitchen smells in the dining room. The operation is unfortunately not suitable for the job.
